主题：：讲述母亲被“全喜尚”欺骗之经历

   今天看了MOP头条《中国品牌加盟店的惊天内幕》一身冷汗，立刻打电话给我母亲，侥幸被“全喜尚”小骗了一把，在这里揭露下公司的丑恶嘴脸。
http://www.nvku88.com/zszc.htm 为“全喜尚”主页，目前在CCTV7做广告，凭此2条，让人深信不已。
   我母亲54岁，在南京附近的一个城市做了一辈子人民教师，还有一年就可以退休了。今年暑假的时候，上网看到可以做加盟连锁品牌店。母亲对韩款女性时装情有独忠，一直想开一家小店来养老。
    暑假的时候打电话过去，后面跟《内幕》文章中所讲述一样，说样板有多么多么好，全国开了多少多少家品牌连锁店，目前女装和牛仔装很好卖等等花言巧语，母亲决定在开学前，去趟北京现场考察一下。周六坐了火车去北京，公司在北京四环，去了后发现样板的牛仔装确实挺好看，但是主打的韩款女装却一件都没有。我母亲提出北京是否有门面要实地看一下，“售前小姐”说北京在西单广场的门面正在装潢中，还没有营业，但是在武汉的一家店开的很好，而且拍了几张图片。说我母亲如果不信，可以去武汉实地考察一下，卖的很好。当即就跟我妈谈是否加盟和签合同的事，说来一趟也不容易，我们这里公司很大，每天来很多，就催我母亲签代理合同。说发达地级市总代理是8万。我妈忧郁再三，没能看到你们的实体店，不能签定合同。但是我母亲还是非常非常想做这个代理的，因为太看好韩款女装了，当时就交了2000定金，说回家再考虑下。
当天遇到了安徽一对多年做服装生意的夫妻俩，他们俩也说很看好“全喜尚”，但看不到实体店和具体的女装款式，坚决不签合同。
我妈这时就犹豫了，当晚就坐火车回家了。第二天再打电话过去，得知被骗，对方口气非常强硬，跟《内幕》文章中所讲述一样。
    我母亲花2000吸取了个教训，写这篇文章的目的再次呼唤大家不要上当受骗。
我们不能每个店都揭露，但是知道一个店我们就暴光一个，减少上当的人。

我叫郑晨华,是机械厂的一名下岗工人,为了生存,于2005年贷款买了一台农用自卸车自用,在2007年10月26号上午10点多钟,我驾空车从刘家场返回新江口,在杨家溶路口,被松滋道路运管的执法人员拦下,检查证件:营运证,养路费齐全,没有从业资格证,,随后,给我开了一张:道路运输证件暂扣凭证,上面注明擅自改型和无从业资格证,开单子的人要我星期一到所里去处理,正当我拿着单子准备走的时候,斯爱国大队长说:不行,要扣车.我问为什么?他回答说,你把车辆改型了,加了墙板.我说:就算我把车辆改型,我能立即消除违法状态,按照道路运输条例也可以教育放行啊!更何况我的墙板只加了20公分,也是活动的,我加墙板的目的是为了散装的货物不洒落,如果因为我加墙板而导致车辆超限的话,你可以按规定处罚我,我没有从业资格证,我星期一可以去办,就为什么非要扣我的车呢?他不理睬,我给他(斯爱国)讲了差不多一个小时的好话,他仞是蛮横的说:今天非要扣车不可,这时就差不多11点多了,他要我交钥匙,并说,你不交给我的话,我把他推走,到时候你就有麻烦了,随后,往驾驶室一坐,叫手下的人(有20多人):你们给我推,这样我就把钥匙递给他,并说:那你给我办一个扣车的手续."没有"斯回答说.随后,带着手下,扬长而去.我感到悲哀啊,这就是共产党的执法人员呐!这就是党的干部啊!他们的执法是在人性化执法吗?他们的执法讲究了程序了吗?立法是为公,可他们的执法是为民吗?他们扣我的车有法律依据吗?我的车被他们一扣几天,收入从那里来?他们为民想了吗?他们的钱从哪里来?不是我们纳税人的吗?人民交给他们的执法权力,反过来成为他们向我们弱势群体创收的工具,这不是在破坏党在人民心中的形象吗?荆州运管局的局长在楚天都市报上不是公开承诺:对没有造成严重后果,和没有造成不良媒体影响的轻微的道路运输违规行为以教育为主吗?我驾空车在路上正常行驶,没有违章,三证齐全,而他们把我拦停,这是在创造和谐交通吗?此事,我将向:江汉风,楚天都市报,楚天维权网,省运管局陈兰平投诉,同时,也希望得到松滋领导的特别关注
